Yes. Destination changes are free up to 30 minutes before ignition within the same orbital class. Re-routing mid-flight will incur a fuel fee on your neural wallet.

You'll get a live update in your optic feed. Most delays are caused by debris clouds from post-war exclusion zones. Book 15 minutes early during peak morning commute hours.

Small pets are welcome in Economy and Premium cabins in an approved zero-G carrier. Cybernetic pets are allowed, but external thruster harnesses must be switched off before boarding.

Lost items are held at the arrival terminal for 30 days. Anything left unsecured that vented out during airlock cycling is unrecoverable.

Yes, all Orbix vehicles include complimentary sub-space relay Wi-Fi. However, expect minor ping spikes due to light-speed limits. We appreciate your patience.

You're welcome to rate your ride however you feel is fair. We do ask that you take atmospheric conditions into account, as re-entry turbulence is generally outside the pilot's control.

No, oxygen is included in all fares. Economy gets standard recycled Scrub-O2™, while Premium Pod riders get 99% pure bio-filtered O2 with adjustable scents.

Every Orbix flight is accompanied by a two-operator security detail provided by Samsung. Your guards remain stationed in the airlock vestibule for the duration of the transit to handle any unauthorized boarding attempts.

There are no refunds for nausea. All cabins carry GraviStop™ for treating nausea. Premium cabins include virtual window feeds and vibration dampeners to help with spatial orientation.
